Sharp tools can make the most of the machine's performance, so the tools must be properly maintained. Do not use for a long time, add lubrication to the place where you turn. Cables should be inspected regularly to prevent damage and timely replacement and repair. Keep the handle dry and do not get oily. 

       Ingredients. Prepare the alumina powder in advance, add a certain proportion of the additive micro-powder, clay powder and other raw materials to stir evenly. Put the weighed raw materials in the blender and take enough time to ensure uniformity. Practice the mud. Appropriate amount of glycerol, water and the like for an additive in ceramic storage casting machine mechanically with an extruder, mixing evenly, so that they are completely mixed. Pour into the stirring and then stir, but it should be noted that this process must be slowly added to the principle. After the mixing is uniform, the stirred mud material is taken out and placed in the roughing machine for three times or more. 

       stale. Because the moisture in the mud is not completely evenly integrated into the mud, it must pass a certain amount of staleness to make the mud uniform in the water. Under normal circumstances, the oxidized mud needs to be aged for about 48 hours to achieve a uniform effect, but the stale time should not be too long to avoid chemical reactions. The preferred ageing time for a typical mud material is 2 to 3 days. Filter impurities. During the operation, it is an inaccessible impurity. As the mold is being formed, large particles of material are clogged in the machine, which affects the uniformity of the mud.
